CUSTOMIZABLE TRAILER STEP RAMP
The structure of this product is divided into three layers from the inside to the outside.This product is constructed from two layers, from the inside out.
The inner core material is selected based on the vehicle's volume requirements. High-density EPS/EPP foam (35kg/m³ to 90kg/m³) can be used as the filling material, forming the main contour of the product.
The EPS/EPP high-density foam is water-resistant, and the inner core utilizes integral foaming technology, eliminating the deformation defects of traditional plastic ramps.
The outer layer is coated with polyurea, which covers the entire surface of the product.
The polyurea coating provides wear resistance, impact resistance, increased friction, and optimal tire grip.
