Material Properties
Inc 625 Alloy （Our materials are the same as Inconel 625 ）
Temperature limit: ~1000–1100°C
High strength and creep resistance, resisting softening and deformation even at extremely high temperatures
Extremely corrosion-resistant (salt spray, oxidizing, and exhaust gas environments)

Application requirements: "Extreme performance + lightweight" - Using Inconel 625 can achieve the same strength and temperature resistance at a thinner thickness while reducing weight.

1. Exhaust System

Especially the downpipe after the turbocharger of a racing car, the exhaust pipe, and even the entire header system.
Inconel 625's high-temperature strength makes it lighter than stainless steel, allowing for thinner walls while also being heat-resistant and resistant to burnout.
F1, Le Mans endurance racing, and Formula One (MotoGP) motorcycles make extensive use of Inconel alloy exhausts.

2. Heat Shield

In the engine compartment, near the exhaust manifold, turbine, and even underfloor exhaust pipes, a multi-layer insulation structure is common:
Inner layer: Inc 625 Alloy （Our materials are the same as Inconel 625 ）
Middle layer: Insulation fiber (glass fiber, aluminum silicate, aerogel)
Outer layer: Stainless steel or aluminum alloy (protective layer)

3. High-temperature fasteners and connectors

Certain key bolts/supports are used to prevent failure under extreme operating conditions.
